Job Description

- Prepare, cook, and serve sushi using traditional methods.
- Pay close attention to food presentation, creating a unique dining experience for guests.
- Develop new recipes and presentations that utilize various ingredients.
- Build relationships with guests, listen to feedback to improve offerings and service.
- Champion the Dana Hospitality brand; embrace local suppliers and sourcing, create nutritious dishes, build from scratch, and empower staff to adapt to customer requests.
- Maintain and implement new company procedures, including diet and allergy awareness.
- Ensure food safety and security per HACCP guidelines for raw seafood preparation, packaging, and service.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring proper food rotation to minimize spoilage.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.





Qualifications

- Passionate about food and actively seeks new ideas for recipes.
- Excellent customer service skills, engaging and building relationships.
- Five years of experience primarily with sushi and Japanese cuisine.
- Serve Safe and FoodSafe certified, committed to a safe work environment.
- Professional image and clear communication with customers and management.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while prioritizing effectively.
