This role includes managing the quality process from product development to launch, with a focus on structured problem-solving and hydraulic systems. You will lead APQP deliverables ensuring readiness for production.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive planning for all NPI phases
• Lead APQP and manage PPAP processes
• Conduct comprehensive design reviews for risk insights
• Support effective risk mitigation throughout development




• Ensure readiness and stability for product launches

Requirements:
• Engineering Master’s or Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of relevant Quality Engineering experience
• Solid grasp of fluid dynamics and heat transfer
• Experience with quality tools (e.g., DFMEA, PFMEA)
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada without sponsorship
