This position requires active monitoring of clients, conducting intake interviews, and fostering a supportive community atmosphere. Monitor safety and security of clients and facility
Conduct intake interviews and assess program suitability
Provide crisis support and advocacy to clients
Maintain accurate daily logs and incident reports
Support clients in adopting positive lifestyle choices

Requirements:
Completion of Grade 12 plus specialized training
Three months of related experience or more
Skills in working with diverse populations
First Aid, CPR, and Food Secure certification
Ability to handle physical tasks and carry up to 30 lbs
