Key Responsibilities:
• Manage reliable complaint and breach of practice condition files
• Draft legal documents including citations and decision letters
• Research legal precedents and analyze case facts
• Organize and manage extensive legal documentation
• Liaise with key CPSBC personnel on discipline matters
Requirements:
• Paralegal certificate or diploma preferred
• Minimum of five years’ legal experience at a paralegal level
• Robust legal drafting, editing, and proofreading skills
• Proficient in legal research databases like Westlaw
• Ability to maintain discretion with privileged information
