Requirements:
• Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario (Part A register)
• Methadone/OAT experience or willingness to obtain
• Minor ailments prescribing training or willingness to complete
• Robust clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Professional communication skills in English; French is an asset
