In this capacity, the IT Team Leader provides first-level support while overseeing the daily workings of the IT Department. You will lead troubleshooting efforts, coordinate upgrades, and maintain adherence to IT policies. Collaboration with Corporate IT is integral for ensuring security and reliability throughout our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise IT staff, providing coaching and guidance
• Install and configure hardware and software applications
• Address end-user technical issues promptly
• Maintain network infrastructure and related equipment




• Oversee helpdesk ticket resolution with documentation

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience is an asset
• Proficient in troubleshooting desktop and network systems
• Working knowledge of business applications and Active Directory
• Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+ are beneficial
