As Plant

Manager, you will oversee all aspects of manufacturing processes, including Safety, Quality, Delivery, and People. Collaborate with support teams from R&D; to Logistics while focusing on user safety and maximizing productivity. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
10+ years in manufacturing leadership, including Plant Manager role

Experience with ERP systems and MS Office Suite
Ability to communicate effectively and problem-solve under pressure
