Tech Talent International seeks an IBMS SME - Techno-Functional Analyst for hybrid work in Toronto. This contract role focuses on L1/L2/L3 support and SQL troubleshooting expertise.

In this position, you will deliver techno-functional analysis within a consulting setting. You will support IBMS (Operative BMS) in a helpdesk setting, troubleshooting scheduling, ad sales, traffic, and billing modules. Collaborate effectively with sales, finance, and technical teams to enhance user access and configurations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L1/L2/L3 support for IBMS in helpdesk
• Troubleshoot scheduling, ad sales, traffic, and billing
• Handle incidents and user queries via ticketing systems
• Perform SQL-based troubleshooting and data validation
• Conduct root cause analysis and ensure SLA adherence

Requirements:
• Robust experience with IBMS BMS systems
• Proficient in SQL and database troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar tools
• Previous experience in EUC support workplace
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
