This position focuses on driving ongoing enhancements in agile methodologies while ensuring teams remain engaged and productive. Your leadership will be instrumental in facilitating project sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives, while also supporting explicit communication across all team members. By actively managing project schedules, you will ensure successful on-time project delivery to meet stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead scrum ceremonies, including retrospectives and reviews
• Update product sprint backlogs for transparency




• Communicate project status and accomplishments
• Adapt project plans to emerging requirements
• Remove impediments to keep teams moving forward

Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Industry Scrum Master certification required
• Robust understanding of agile principles
• Experience in software development environments
