As a Plant Accountant, you will gather data for daily, weekly, and month-end reports while ensuring accurate financial operations. You’ll perform bank account reconciliations, oversee month-end journal entry generation, and coordinate with various departments, including Sales, Operations, and Corporate Finance. Your ability to guide your team and strengthen company policies will be essential for safeguarding assets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce daily and monthly financial reports for management • Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts efficiently • Generate month-end journal entries and data interaction • Oversee annual physical inventory counts accurately • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams
Requirements: • College diploma or University Degree in Finance preferred • Minimum 3 years of experience in JIT manufacturing • Proficient in Excel; Pivot tables and VLOOKUP's required • Robust leadership and communication abilities • Detail-oriented and methodical working style
