LIDD is looking for a Bilingual Consultant to enhance its supply chain consulting team. You will be responsible for consulting and implementing software solutions, assisting clients with software selection, and improving existing operations through insightful auditing and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business processes and recommend enhancements
• Develop custom applications and reports to serve client needs
• Participate actively in client project meetings
• Create training manuals for operational improvements




• Undertake all related tasks to support service delivery

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Fluent in English and French to communicate effectively
• Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented mentality with the ability to work independently
• Willing to travel up to 25% within Canada and the U.S.
