Affinity Group seeks a Technical Project Manager with over 7 years of project management experience, including 3 years focused on ERP or HCM. You will manage delivery for technical workstreams, support go/no-go assessments, and coordinate with SI partner teams. Your expertise in Workday implementations will be essential for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own planning and scheduling for technical workstreams
• Track milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
• Manage and escalate technical risks and issues
• Facilitate technical design reviews and sessions
• Produce and maintain project documentation and status reports
Requirements:
• 7+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years on ERP or HCM technical workstreams
• Proven experience with Workday implementations
• Robust understanding of integration and data conversion
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred
