The Shelter Overnight Team Lead supervises support staff at Main Street Project's emergency shelter, ensuring that team members are effectively onboarded and trained. You will address immediate community member needs while maintaining compliance with established protocols. Work hours cover both weekdays and weekends from 23:30 to 08:00.

Key Responsibilities:
• Train recent shelter staff and ensure proper onboarding
• Ensure compliance with shelter protocols during overnight hours
• Document and report staff performance issues




• Provide direct support to community members
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required

Requirements:
• Experience with adult populations in crisis
• Background in supervisory roles, preferably in human services
• Competence in crisis management and decision making
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Required Criminal Record Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check
