This position offers a blend of remote and in-person work at North Campus, Edmonton. As a Manager at the University of Alberta, you will provide operational oversight for student wellness programs, ensure program efficacy, and foster a culture of improvement. Collaborate with diverse teams to create inclusive and evidence-informed wellness solutions tailored for students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment and performance of staff and volunteers
• Oversee planning and monitoring of wellness programs
• Lead implementation of campus-wide wellness strategy




• Design solutions to operational challenges
• Analyze data for continuous program improvement

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in a related field
• Minimum 5 years in program operations leadership
• Experience in nonprofit or educational settings is a plus
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Robust communication and leadership skills
