Key Responsibilities:



• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment programs • Implement and evaluate rehabilitation strategies collaboratively • Educate clients and their caregivers throughout the treatment process • Lead and mentor rehabilitation assistants to enhance team effectiveness • Engage in quality assurance and departmental research activities

Requirements: • Registered with the College of Health and Care Specialists in BC • At least one year of related physiotherapy experience • Valid BC Driver's license where necessary • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills • Proven ability to foster teamwork within a rehabilitation setting
