In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all maintenance activities, drawing from at least five years of progressive experience in the field. You will manage work orders, evaluate performance, and support the effectiveness of maintenance operations. Your proactive approach will be essential in maintaining equipment reliability and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze maintenance performance against estimates
• Develop and maintain maintenance plans and procedures
• Manage maintenance backlogs and prioritize scheduling
• Facilitate the availability of tools and materials
• Review job plans and train on planning processes
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Five years of maintenance experience, preferably as a Millwright or Electrician
• Understanding of scheduling principles and CMMS
• Solid mathematical and analytical skills
• Capability to read technical drawings
