This contract position reports to the Head of Comprehensive Dance Programs, delivering high-quality ballet instruction in NBS' Young Dancers Program. Collaborate with faculty and leadership to support student development, performances, and auditions.

Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver exceptional ballet and pointe instruction using NBS curriculum • Adapt teaching methods to individual student needs for optimal growth • Prepare and rehearse students for performances and events • Assist with auditions, panel reviews, and teaching audition classes • Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation

Requirements: • Minimum five years of ballet teaching experience • Strong expertise in classical ballet, especially Women's Technique • Excellent classroom management and adaptability skills • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities • Commitment to ongoing career development
