You will utilize the AEO Selling Model to connect with guests and provide product insights that exceed expectations. This role thrives on building brand loyalty and requires energy and a versatile approach across various store zones. Key Responsibilities:
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model
Educate on AE & Aerie products effectively
Introduce the AEO loyalty program enthusiastically
Flexibly assist in Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom
Proactively resolve guest concerns maintaining policy

Requirements:
Passionate about interacting with customers
Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
Previous retail experience preferred
At least 18 years of age
Robust integrity and teamwork mentality
