In this role, you will maintain clinical unit areas in accordance with PIDAC Standards for Environmental Cleaning. Your responsibilities include housekeeping tasks, assisting with patient transfers, and managing cleaning protocols for various areas. The position requires flexibility in scheduling and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety for everyone involved.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough cleaning of patient and non-patient areas
• Operate housekeeping equipment safely and efficiently




• Assist with patient moves and equipment transport
• Manage biohazard and waste disposal appropriately
• Respond to call bells and patient needs swiftly

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Experience in environmental services preferred
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Knowledge of infection control practices
