Working closely with the Executive Director and Board, your responsibility will include devising and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance donor involvement and secure transformative gifts aligned with the clinic's vision for healthcare excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop major gift fundraising strategies and accountability
• Identify and solicit lead gift opportunities for the capital campaign




• Cultivate relationships with high-capacity individual and corporate donors
• Serve as a strategic advisor on fundraising activities
• Provide analysis on donor trends and campaign performance

Requirements:
• 7–10 years of experience in fundraising, major gifts emphasis
• Success in securing five- and six-figure donations
• Preferred experience in leading capital campaigns
• Proven ability to build trust with high-capacity stakeholders
• Solid strategic analysis and negotiation skills
