KINETIC is looking for a strategic leader with over ten years of experience in Health, Safety, and Setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in safety culture improvement and operational excellence within the construction sector. This position requires a blend of leadership skills and an understanding of construction operations to drive compliance and risk management effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement health and safety strategies
• Enhance the safety culture through active engagement
• Ensure regulatory compliance and COR certification




• Manage incident responses and risk assessments
• Continuously improve the HSE management system

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in HSE leadership roles
• 10 years in Health, Safety, and Setting roles
• Relevant post-secondary education and certifications required
• Robust knowledge of construction safety practices
• Ability to influence and coach teams effectively
