Build financial and behavioral impact models for proposed plan changes
Ensure compensation plans drive desired coworker behaviors and outcomes
Own day-to-day plan management for ~800 coworkers
Analyze sales performance and incentive plan effectiveness
Lead automation of manual compensation plans within the ICM system
Conduct audits of seller Length of Service levels
Requirements 8+ years of progressive experience in sales or variable compensation
Demonstrated ability to analyze sales performance and incentive plan outcomes
Robust financial and analytical skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience managing large, complex datasets
Experience working with HRIS platforms (preferably Workday)
Familiarity with SQL and/or Power BI is an asset
Authorized to work in Canada.
