Shape the future of packaging with ProMach as a Systems Integrator focused on packaging automation. This hybrid role in Oakville features both in-office and work from home.

You will be responsible for the integration and commissioning of the Zarpac Performance Index (ZPI) software suite while supporting customer needs. Conducting audits on PLC and HMI codes, establishing device communications, and providing essential troubleshooting support will be key aspects of your role. You'll collaborate closely with clients to ensure project success and productive utilization of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform audits on PLC & HMI codes to gather data
• Establish and validate device connections through OPC
• Conduct in office installations of the ZPI software




• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues post-installation
• Lead customer calls for project progress updates

Requirements:
• Relevant degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or Automation
• Hands-on experience with PLCs such as Rockwell, Siemens
• Familiarity with OPC DA/UA and other manufacturing systems
• Experience working in food & beverage packaging sectors
• Excellent communication skills and project management ability
