This role requires a strategic leader with solid accounting expertise to ensure the accuracy of financial statements and compliance across U.S. and Canadian operations. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead North American month-end and year-end financial closes
• Validate journal entries and financial records for accuracy
• Supervise revenue recognition to comply with IFRS 15




• Handle tax filings and corporate compliance for Canada and U.S.
• Coach and support the accounting team’s development

Requirements:
• 6+ years in accounting, 2 in a supervisory role
• CPA designation necessary (CPA, CA or CPA, CMA)
• Expertise in IFRS and SaaS settings
• Experience leading external audits and compliance needs
• Proficiency in NetSuite and application of AI tools
