In this position, you will serve as a Qualified Standards Counsel, managing complex prosecutions and guiding critical investigations. This role is designed for individuals eager to influence skilled standards and uphold public trust.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prosecute cases before the Discipline and Appeal Committees
• Review and guide internal and external investigations
• Collaborate on complex compliance matters
• Provide legal counsel to the Enforcement team
• Formulate and implement enforcement strategies
Requirements:
• LL.B / J.D. with 15+ years of Bar experience
• Proven track record in complex litigation
• Skilled in managing investigations from start to finish
• Excellent advocacy and interpersonal skills
• Digitally proficient with e-discovery experience
