Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct weekly huddles and individual development meetings
• Develop and implement streamlined claims processes
• Offer performance feedback and training support




• Review claims for quality during monthly audits
• Participate in hiring and performance evaluations

Requirements:
• At least five years managing bodily injury and casualty claims
• Demonstrated leadership in a technical claims workplace
• Solid analytical capabilities and team-focused approach
• Degree or diploma in Insurance, Law, or Business required
• Proven experience in performance management processes
