As part of the Engineering Change team, we are looking for an Intermediate Requirements Engineer to capture and control engineering requirements for various projects. Your role is vital in maintaining the integrity and traceability of these requirements throughout all stages of the process. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure alignment with technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document system and interface requirements
• Ensure unambiguous and testable requirements




• Develop and maintain specifications in management tools
• Participate in requirements reviews and sign-offs
• Perform requirements decomposition and impact analysis

Requirements:
• 4 to 6 years in complex systems integration
• 2 years specializing in requirements management
• Eligibility for regulatory compliance clearances
• Degree in engineering or related discipline
• Experience with DOORS, Polarion, or similar tools preferred
