In this full time role, you'll support the Money Service Business Director while handling enhanced due diligence for high-risk clients. Your responsibilities include policy creation, team management, and ensuring compliance with both financial and legal regulations. You will leverage your AML expertise to contribute effectively to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead EDD risk assessment management and workflows
• Partner with stakeholders on risk assessment coordination




• Maintain timely and accurate documentation across teams
• Promote effective team performance through coaching
• Review and develop HRC policies and procedures

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or relevant experience
• Extensive knowledge of AML regulations and compliance
• Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite
• CAMS designation is a plus
