Become an integral part of our IT Multimedia Administration team by taking on the role of Microcomputer Support Specialist 2. Focus on first-level user support and multimedia problem resolution.

This position requires a proactive approach to addressing software and hardware challenges within multimedia systems. You will respond to user calls, troubleshoot issues, and aid in the setup of audiovisual technologies for cooperative spaces. Your impact will extend to developing training materials and keeping detailed inventory records for multimedia assets.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage initial inquiries and resolve multimedia technical issues • Install, configure,



and test current software and equipment • Support live events with operational setup and troubleshooting • Liaise with users for support and informal training • Maintain updated asset inventory data and documentation

Requirements: • One year certificate in computer science or related field • Extensive knowledge of audiovisual installations and software • Experience with ITIL or service management systems is beneficial • Certification in technologies like Crestron or Biamp is a plus • Valid Driver’s License for British Columbia is mandatory
