Join Inter Pipeline as a Health and Safety Advisor in Sherwood Park. Drive safety initiatives and lead health programs to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

As part of the Transportation Business Unit, the Health and Safety Advisor reports to the Supervisor of Safety & Emergency Management. You will support the district through implementing and sustaining health and safety programs while improving performance. Your role includes working with operational teams and leading safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support emergency planning and response exercises
• Mentor employees on health and safety programs
• Conduct incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Lead health and safety compliance audits and assessments




• Develop and deliver safety training programs

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety
• 5–7 years of related experience, preferably in energy sector
• Experience with incident investigations and safety systems
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
