We are seeking an experienced Carpenter with a minimum of three years of residential carpentry experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in installing sheeting materials for floors, walls, and roofs
• Assemble doors, windows, trim, and millwork components




• Gather materials for unit assembly and finishing
• Pre-assemble components and interpret blueprints
• Safely operate hand and power tools as required

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience
• Ability to lift 55lbs unassisted and 35lbs overhead
• Basic communication skills in a team setting
• Previous modular assembly experience preferred
• Capability to stand and kneel for extended periods
