The Crossing Church is seeking a dedicated pastor to grow its vibrant youth and children’s ministries. In this role, you will lead volunteer teams, support camp activities, and oversee evangelism and discipleship efforts. Ideal candidates will be passionate about fostering a vibrant faith community and equipping young individuals to follow Jesus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and equip volunteers for Next Generation ministries
• Oversee camp activities and participate in camp leadership
• Lead spiritual growth initiatives for youth and children




• Encourage parents in grounding their children in faith
• Collaborate with church leaders on strategic initiatives

Requirements:
• Seminary or theological training preferred
• Experience leading youth and children's ministries
• Solid leadership and teaching skills
• Effective communication and organizational abilities
• Passion for community engagement and relational ministry
