Reporting directly to the Head of Partner Relations, you will oversee the entire Partner and Employee experience post-recruitment. This includes managing onboarding processes, performance evaluations, and continuous development initiatives. You'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure both Partner and customer needs are met adequately.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of industry-level janitorial experience
• Post-secondary degree in business administration or related field
• Ability to travel frequently within designated territory
• Conflict management and negotiation skills
• Multi-lingual skills preferred (English, French, Spanish)
