Become a key player at Hard Rock Digital as a Training & Development Specialist, with a focus on onboarding and ongoing training for customer operations staff. Deliver training both virtually and face-to-face.

As part of the Customer Operations team, you will utilize your training expertise and customer service experience to create impactful learning experiences for recent and existing employees. You will design and execute training programs that enhance team capabilities and improve service delivery to customers. Your role will help shape the customer experience through effective training strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver onboarding programs for current starters
• Facilitate training sessions that maintain high customer satisfaction




• Update training materials in collaboration with content teams
• Convert existing knowledge into effective training content
• Provide training to address customer service issues

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of training experience and 3 in customer service
• Expertise in both virtual and in-person training
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles
• Outstanding communication and prioritization skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for training purposes
