This position within the PEU RAN Performance organization focuses on diagnosing and resolving complex Baseband software issues at the RAN level. Your role will include deep analysis of radio performance data and effective collaboration with system designers to implement successful fixes. You will also engage with customers to resolve network problems with precision and under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Debug and analyze Baseband software issues using key performance metrics
• Assess network configuration and radio conditions comprehensively
• Identify root causes in partnership with system design teams
• Drive performance-focused design of 5G/NR and LTE features
• Engage in automation efforts to streamline issue detection
Requirements:
• Proven troubleshooting competencies for complex issues
• In-depth knowledge of 5G/NR and LTE RAN architecture
• Experience in feature development or performance validation
• Understanding of Baseband programming behavior
• Robust communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement
