As a Public Health Nurse with Interior Health, you'll play a vital role in promoting health and well-being in diverse communities. This casual position requires flexibility as you deliver nursing services using the Population Health/Health Promotion model. Engage in community outreach, serve families, and contribute to health programs focused on prevention and education.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing services within the Population Health model
• Support health behaviours through targeted interventions




• Offer outreach services to various community settings
• Collaborate on health promotion initiatives and advocacy
• Address social determinants of health and illness

Requirements:
• Experience in public health nursing
• Knowledge of epidemiology and community development
• Solid communication and advocacy skills
• Flexibility to travel within the Trail area
• Casual position requiring adaptability in hours
