As a key member of LDCSB, you will report to the Executive Manager of Capital Projects. This position requires overseeing various capital project initiatives, providing vital support and training. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise capital projects and facilities planning
• Manage contract administration services effectively
• Maintain and update essential space databases




• Provide training and support to staff and students
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Architectural Technology or similar
• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in construction
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or REVIT preferred
• Familiarity with eBase/ECIS Software preferred
• Valid Ontario driver’s license required
