OMERS is seeking a seasoned Lead Site Reliability Engineer to oversee monitoring and analysis, ensuring system stability across various environments. This role integrates platform engineering and production support, contributing to the enhancement of developer platforms. Key responsibilities include incident response, CI/CD pipeline management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, focusing on optimizing cloud-native applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and support applications across DEV, UAT, and PROD environments
• Respond to incidents and lead troubleshooting efforts




• Manage CI/CD pipelines including GitHub Actions workflows
• Configure and support Azure platform components
• Investigate performance issues using observability tools

Requirements:
• 5+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or related fields
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure services
• Background in production support and incident management
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and container technologies
• Proficient in scripting and automation technologies
