Key Responsibilities:



• Build therapeutic relationships through understanding clients' experiences • Coordinate and monitor delivery of tailored support services • Collaborate on medication management within recovery plans • Assist individuals in planning social and leisure activities • Provide direct clinical services, teaching coping and symptom management skills

Requirements: • Master’s Degree in Social Work or Occupational Therapy • Unrestricted registration with the Ontario College • Minimum one year experience in outpatient psychiatric services
