BGIS seeks a Full time Bilingual Lease Revenue Analyst, available hybrid at either our Montreal, Ottawa, or Markham locations. This role is pivotal in managing lease portfolios and financial reporting.

As a Lease Revenue Analyst, you will work closely with our clients to gather, abstract, and analyze lease agreements. You will also oversee rent collection processes and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual obligations. Solid analytical abilities and an eye for detail are key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain lease data integrity
• Prepare contractual monthly revenue reporting
• Assist in Accounts Receivable management
• Conduct thorough rent roll reviews monthly
• Perform variance analysis and budget forecasts

Requirements:
• Relevant university degree or certification necessary
• 3 to 5 years related experience required
• Expertise in MS Excel, financial reporting and analysis
• Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English and French required
