As part of an inter-qualified team at the Withdrawal Management Service, you’ll engage directly with clients facing various substance use and mental health challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in conducting assessments, developing care plans, and promoting safety and well-being through comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute biopsychosocial assessments for clients
• Develop effective, personalized care strategies
• Monitor client safety and respond to crises
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Maintain team-oriented relationships within the team
Requirements:
• At least one year experience with adults in treatment
• Required diploma in Human Services or equivalent
• First Aid/CPR certification necessary
• Knowledge of mental health resources essential
• Experience with anti-oppressive care strategies
