Become a key member of the interdisciplinary care team as a Registered Dietitian at Park Place. Focus on menu planning and delivering therapeutic services to enhance Resident well-being.
In this role, you will assess Resident needs, collaborate with the Food Services Manager, and ensure that food services meet relevant standards and cater to Resident satisfaction. Your expertise in nutrition will guide menu approvals, therapeutic diets, and consultation with families for optimal dietary outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess Resident nutritional needs during Move-In and annually
• Collaborate with Food Services for menu planning
• Perform swallowing assessments and recommend diet textures
• Counsel Residents on therapeutic diets and nutritional concerns
• Monitor food quality and Resident satisfaction
Requirements:
• University degree in Food and Nutrition or related field
• Minimum two years recent related experience preferred
