We are seeking a cooperative skilled who will advance our key initiatives in organizational development and inclusion. With robust expertise in instructional design, your role will focus on creating impactful Respectful Workplace and Inclusive Compliance training. You will work closely with teams to design, implement, and evaluate programs that enhance engagement and leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver engaging online learning experiences
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders
• Implement training programs via the Learning Management System




• Evaluate training programs for effectiveness and impact
• Support talent development initiatives and programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
• Minimum five years in organizational development or HR
• Experience with instructional design and training delivery
• Knowledge of EDI principles and change management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
