Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deploy desktops and laptops for users
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement resolutions
• Manage software configurations and updates via SCCM




• Provide clear technical guidance to users

Requirements:
• 3 years in technical support within structured IT environments
• Robust working knowledge of Windows and macOS
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of institutional security practices
