Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the complete procurement cycle from RFPs to contract awards
• Develop evaluation frameworks and chair evaluation committees




• Negotiate contracts to achieve best value outcomes
• Track and report procurement activities to management
• Ensure supplier compliance and manage performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in business, supply chain, or similar field
• At least 10 years of procurement expertise
• Experience with public procurement is an asset
