Key Responsibilities:
• Lead proposal preparation and submission for EOIs, RFQs, and RFPs
• Write and edit proposal content and client-specific responses




• Coordinate with project teams for aligned proposal development
• Maintain and improve proposal templates and processes
• Develop marketing initiatives across various platforms
Requirements:
• Over 4 years in proposal coordination or marketing within AEC
• Experience with public-sector proposal submissions
• Strong business writing and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Valid BC Driver's Licence for site travel
