Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Nursing, Infection Control, and Quality Assurance programs
• Develop effective service delivery methods for accountability
• Assess recent residents’ needs within 30 days of moving in




• Maintain personalized care plans for each resident
• Organize educational programs for the Wellness team
Requirements:
• RPN or RN certification in good standing
• 5+ years of nursing experience; 3+ years in management
• Strong knowledge of senior care and dementia regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Preferred experience with YARDI and gerontology courses
