Job Responsibilities

Installation: Install aluminium windows and doors in residential and commercial buildings according to specifications and standards.

Measurement: Take accurate measurements to ensure correct sizing and fit of windows and doors.

Preparation: Prepare and clean work areas, ensuring surfaces are ready for installation.

Tools and Equipment: Utilize appropriate hand and power tools to complete installations efficiently and safely.

Safety: Adhere to all safety regulations and practices to maintain a safe work setting.

Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to explain the installation process, address concerns, and provide post-installation care instructions.

Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, contractors, and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met.

Maintenance:



Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.

Documentation: Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during installations.

Job Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in installing aluminum windows and doors is required.

Skills: Proficiency in using hand and power tools related to window and door installation.

Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.

Attention to Detail: Precise measurement and alignment skills to ensure proper installation.

Communication: Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of construction practices, building codes, and safety regulations.

Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license and relevant certifications are preferred.

Work Schedule: Flexibility to work full-time, including possible evenings and weekends.
