As a Franchise Store Operator, you will lead all facets of a store operation including strategic direction, vision, talent management and operational excellence of an overall store location.

Responsibilities

- Operate your own business, supported by a corporate network
- Encourage and endorse community activities and involvement
- Foster a positive work environment by creating a coaching and development culture that embraces a passion for food
- Lead and create a shopping experience that engages customers in a way that enhances loyalty, sales, and profit
- Adhere to brand standards
- Adhere to provincial Occupational Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines
- Provide direction and leadership for an entire store location of 50+ employees

Qualifications

- Proven track record of business success




- Strong business and financial acumen
- Superior leadership and communication skills
- Experience leading and building teams
- Full knowledge of retail operations throughout a total store
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading people and teams in a retail setting
- Post‑secondary education preferred
- Knowledge and experience that will ensure the efficient operation of a business to achieve all financial targets and key performance indicators
- An initial investment will be required as a Franchise Owner/Operator. This will be discussed and disclosed to the successful candidate.
