This role is in office from Monday to Friday, and you'll play a key part in advancing the company's health and safety standards through rigorous ISO adherence. Your responsibilities will cover incident investigations, safety audits, and the development and delivery of safety training to enhance effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing management procedures per ISO standards
• Conduct incident investigations and propose corrective actions
• Create training materials for new safety protocols




• Maintain safety records and participate in safety audits
• Assist in WSIB claims management processes
Requirements:
• University or college degree in relevant health and safety fields
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Proven experience in industrial ergonomic assessments
